- Q : How to import Friends\contacts from email?
ANS : Login to indidates, navigate to "Home" tab. Search for the "Invite Friends" section on the left side of the page. Click on the "Import Contacts" link and follow directions to import contacts from your yahoo,gmail etc. accounts. - Q : How to invite friends to indidates?
ANS : Login to indidates, navigate to "Home" tab. Search for the "Invite Friends" section on the left side of the page. You can enter email addresses or use the 'Import Contacts' link to import contact information. - Q : How to Report Abuse or Harrassment?
ANS : Use the "Contact" link on the bottom of the page. Send a message to the Site Administrator. Provide the details on the nature of the abuse / harrassment and the username responsible for the act. The Site Administrator will get back to you. Turnaround for such a case is 24 hrs. We take such actions very seriously. - Q : What to do if Technical error occurs or if Technical Support is needed?
ANS : Use the "Contact" link on the bottom of the page. Send a message to Technical Support. Provide the details on the nature of problem. Tech support will try to resolve the problem. Turnaround is 2 to 3 days. - Q : What to do if you have forgotten your password?
ANS : If you have forgot your password, just click the 'forgot password' link displayed on the main home page. A pop-up window will ask you to enter your e-mail address that you used to register with indidates.com and click the send button. Your password will be mailed to the e-mail address specified. If you still need help, do write to us. - Q : What to do if you cannot login to site?
ANS : If you cannot login to site then two scenarios are possible -
a) There would be some error in the username or password provided.
b) Your profile would not have been processed. It takes about 24 hrs to activate. - Q : Why does it show the message 'Your profile is yet to be reviewed'? ANS : Under normal circumstances it takes less than 24 hrs for a valid profile to be reviewed and activated. If it's been more than 24 hrs, it is just because our A & N Committee needs to verify your account as legitimate. Lots of spammers and bogus profiles are out there wanting to fish in. We would suggest you to kindly give a little more time for the process or write to us and we will do our best to activate your profile as soon as possible.
